Terms & Conditions
- No Refunds: After purchasing, no refunds are available. The value cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product or service.
- Transferability: The card or single class, is transferable to another person, provided that the new holder agrees to the terms and conditions of the card/class. The original holder must notify the instructor of the transfer in writing. Please note, it is your responsibility to find a suitable recipient if necessary, and you won’t be able to ask the group chat for help in this matter. The new holder needs to be a new person, not a regular person.
- Expiration: The card will expire 1 year from the date of purchase, regardless of the number of classes attended. No extensions or refunds will be granted after the expiration date.
- Class Cancellations: If a class is canceled by the instructor, the cardholder or the single class buyer will be offered a replacement class at a later date if necessary.
- Instructor Holidays: Please be aware that during the instructor’s holidays, classes may be canceled if fewer than six participants sign up. We require a minimum of six attendees for a class to proceed. The instructor may designate a substitute instructor or cancel the class if necessary. You will be informed of any changes in advance.
- Lost or Stolen Cards: Dance with Alessia is not responsible for lost or stolen cards. The cardholder is responsible for reporting a lost or stolen card to the instructor as soon as possible.
- Misuse of Card: The card is only valid for the holder and cannot be used by multiple people.
- Changes to Policy: Dance with Alessia reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the loyalty card program at any time. Any changes will be communicated to cardholders in a timely manner.
